thanks, they got my details from dvla and wrote to me. i read a few forums and was advised to send just 1 letter saying im refusing to pay and put down about unfair charges. ill see if the pepipoo guys can help0

You shouldn't have sent anything to them, please don't listen to the forum that told you to do that, follow the guys on pepipoo, I can see that you are getting advice now, and the link below is for us guys to follow this.
