i wish i would get banned lol, ive put 6lbs on :( tesco's fault!

henlans, i'm not having a go at you, just sick of seeing the same old trash repeated. i dont know why you insist on repeating yourself about the vouchers being 'unique', i think all of the regulars know your take on this already. and weve had the arguments on here many times about whether you are wrong or right etc. so repeating about the unique thing is not needed and just causes arguments. it's like you are trying to convince everyone it's ok to re use vouchers and i don't think that is right. surely people can read through the terms and decide for themselves what to do.

Accusing people of being criminal is not right either

your supposed to be innocent until proved Guilty in a court of law, they were not even arrested let alone charged or found guilty of anything.
Its a good job we don’t have burning at the stake as the way some people on here react to what they have done would be the sort of people that not only would be tying them to the stake they’d be lighting it.

Okay, some people have gotten confused about the vouchers.

For example I use two vouchers £20 each and buy something that is 40. (Not taking note of the fact that this is against the ToS), both vouchers are unique in the sense that they have different codes. EG:

    Voucher 1: 4445 1234 5678 9999
    Voucher 2: 4445 1234 5678 9990
*this is a made up voucher number*

We never used 4445 1234 5678 9999 twice in the same transaction.

Hope that helps clear things up for those confused. :)

Understood - thanks for clarifying. But, did you use 4445 1234 5678 9999 again, either a bit later in the same store or in the store down the road?

we are assuming he did but he hasn't come out and said so in so many words

exactly what did tesco and the police say about you REUSING vouchers?

sorry for going about it, just interested to know why they didn't take more action than they did (agreed they wrongly assaulted you but v surprised they haven't banned you etc)

If you saw someone being assaulted by a Tesco security guard in store, what would you do?

I would discreetly take a photo on my phone and approach the guy afterwards, check he was OK and offer him the photo.

    Really?
Without knowing the in's & outs?
Without knowing for example if he had been shoplifting & had attacked the security guards first or being abusive & physically threatening to an SA so the security guards had to step in & restrain him?
