1. Winners will have 21 days from the email confirmation to reply stating name and postal address to the original email.
2. Winners can only claim by email and not by phone.
3. If Misco do not receive the email confirmation and acknowledge the receipt, Misco will re-draw the prize after the 21 day period.
4. Misco cannot take responsibility of any problems that may occur during communications back to Misco (e.g. delay in mail servers).
5. Prize draw entry is open to customers who fully complete the online entry form to subscribe to the Misco E-Deal service.
6. Only one entry per customer will be accepted. Customers who are existing or past subscribers to Misco E-Deals will automatically be included for the prize draw.
7. No product purchase from Misco is necessary.
8. You must be a UK, Isle of Man or Channel Islands resident and be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
9. The following categories of person are not eligible to enter: employees and members of the immediate family of employees of Misco, Systemax Europe Ltd or any company within its group of companies.
10. By subscription to the Misco E-Deals you hereby give express authority to allow Misco to hold and process any data in all categories provided by you for the purposes of maintaining a customer database and allowing Misco and any company within the Systemax Europe Ltd companies to send marketing information to you and contact you regarding our goods and services.
11. By subscription to Misco E-Deals you hereby give express authority to Misco to send you our latest offers and updates electronically on a regular basis.
12. Subscribers to Misco E-Deals may cancel their subscription at any time by completion of the notice established for this purpose on the Misco E-Deals unsubscribe option, included with every email.
13. Misco cannot accept responsibility for any entries delayed in transmission from Internet providers or for incomplete entries submitted. Any incomplete entries will be disqualified.
14. The prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
15. Misco reserves the right to publish the names of competition winners. Winners names will be available on request.
16. The judge’s decision is final.
17. Winners will be notified by email no later than two weeks after the prize draw has been made. Closing date for entry is midnight Tuesday 31st May
18. Please allow 28 days from notification for delivery of prize.
19. By entering Misco subscribe and win prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Why has this comp been edited a 'Once only', and put in Regular comps?

There is a new comp monthly from this website, with different prizes to bo won.

These comps have been posted on MSE for years and this has never happend before.

Can someone tell me what is going on please, who moved it, and why?

I think it's because of number 6 in the terms:

6. Only one entry per customer will be accepted. Customers who are existing or past subscribers to Misco E-Deals will automatically be included for the prize draw.

The prize might change every month and have an ending date of the end of the month, but you're in the draw anyway if you've already signed up so don't need to (and are not supposed to?) sign up every month?

I've entered these comps each month. since the days when kipper used to post them back in 2006. It is always a new comp, with a new prize each month. So cannot understant why this comp has now been transferred to Once only. Whatever that means

I've tried to explain why above and so has Glad, I'm not sure what more anyone else can do but I'll try explaining again in more detail.

You might be able to enter every month but you don't have to and I do wonder if you possibly might be disqualified for doing so as it's specifically stated in the terms that it's one entry per customer and existing or past subscribers (I assume this means if you've unsubscribed since as you'd be a past subscriber?) are already entered?

You only have to enter the once to be entered every month after your entry, hence the 'onceonly' that was in the title.

The onceonly title is designed for this type of competition, you sign up/register once and are entered into each draw that follows, or are only able to enter for one draw and are not able to enter any of the following draws. It means that everyone need only go through the regulars section once and then just keep up with any new ones as they're occasionally posted, it also means that more competitions are able to be on the main board as all proper monthly entry competitions are posted each month on there now instead of being in the regulars section.
