The brassica bunch, ie sprouts, Caulis, broccoli, need a hard soil bed, preferably alkaline, pots with multi purpose compost tend to be far too crumbly for them.
If your sister can't use them, a member on here has a non profit making website https://www.seedswappers.co.uk where you can swap your excess seeds for ones that will be good for you. It may be a tad late for 2011, but you can bagsie what you want/need for 2012.0 -
