    Glad you perked up- I've just waved my parents off home, they came armed with cake (a good one at that- can't argue with anything with dolly mixtures on it!) birthday present and dinner. I have to say they are wonderful at just getting on with life around me on days when I feel like not dealing, really do have to love them for that.
