Mobile Phone Insurance

:oHi...Please accept my apologies if I do this wrong..im a Forum Virgin!
I got myself a new mobile phone (Contract) last month and for some reason (I can't understand why) I didnt take out the insurance. Can anyone recommend a good reliable low cost mobile phone insurance provider?

  • If you bank with Lloyds TSB, a Select account is worth considering. It gives basic AA membership and card protection, as well as mobile phone insurance, for £7 a month. Not bad value when you consider what you get but a bit pricey just for the phone insurance.

Many of the insurance policies sold by independent dealers aren't worth it on cheap phones - no cover of unauthorised calls after loss or theft, and £20 excess on the handset, which is about the wholesale cost of the ones I've had.

So I don't know, but I'd have a chat direct to the network
