morning folks, has anyone got a copy of the letter velvet sent ages ago, saying that we didnt need a promotional pack to enter the competition, they said those packs were only advertising the comp. my d i l just got a letter saying she didnt send in a promotional pack with her winning entry, think they are giving her the chance to send another in,but it would be good to be able to send a copy of that letter, many thanks to everyone. :-))

I think it was on their FB page Gill...I'll go and have a look...here it is, I'll delete the Fb stuff when you've seen it.

perfect name to sort out peoples complaints as I think they are turning a deaf ear to some people. Wonder if they will do the same with court papers;) Although I do think a lot of people have been paid as their FB is very quiet, too quiet. Before doing my court papers I am going to get in touch with all the FB poters and see if they have been paid out after first being told no.
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

    Hi Blue,

I have not been paid for any of my 5 wins, including 1 for £100, just had 1 letter from velvet, not refering to any specific win!! I spoke to them 2 days after the date on my letter (5th April) I was told to send a letter to re claim my £100 win and enclose a new receipt and promotional packaging and send recorded delivery - that was on the 9th April
