I am so pleased that I have joined in with this thread. I printed my first coupon today (Sharwoods) which came up as £1.55 but the Sharwoods sauce (balti) was only £1.05 so into profit on my first excursion.
Even better though, as I was looking for the Sharwoods I saw packs of tomatoes with chilli for 14p - the usual price is about 55p so I bought ten.
Even better than better though I deliberately took my goods to a trout who has tutted and mumbled under her breath on previous visits but on this occasion i selected her till purely because I did not have a DTD voucher. She is about 7.6 on the troutometer scale.
I think that she was a little upset that I only had to pay 90p for two carrier bags full of goodies, but more than anything she was puzzled that I had managed this without a DTD voucher, and I was suddenly using a clubcard which I have never used on previous visits.
It is all part of life's rich tapestry."If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools"

Just been reading the other thread about someone using DTD vouchers to buy several B&Q vouchers - inspirational
:D I wonder if the same will apply to £6 off £40 till spits and the like that they are giving out at the moment? That would be a great way to get up to the £40. I might try and slip a £10 Next voucher into my basket with loads of low priced stuff to bulk it out and see if it works.

Just visited Sainsburys and used a 75p off voucher which I got about 2 weeks ago from their till point voucher printer which got me a Sure roll on deodorant for women for 5p!! Item (pink one) was priced at £1.70 on the shelf but when scanned came up at 80p meaning I only paid 5p for it!!
Potential contender for bargain of the day??:j:T0 -
Just browsing through the posts as usual!!!:D
And the mention of trouts made me want to post what happened in
Morrisons last night, my darling b/f bought me a lovely bouquet of flowers on Thursday evening and when I looked at them yesterday they were half dead so i called customer services adn the nice lady said bring em back and we will exchange, so a couple of hours later I did and what a trout I got:rotfl:, she actually had the audacity to say to me, well only half of them are dead and I said I have not even had them 2 days, she finally called someone who said straight away exchange...............aren't they called customer service for a reason??????

I did post on the old thread I think all of the Kingsmill coupons have ended...Also had emails for the 'Really Seeded' or whatever they have changed it to and they say offer ended too. That's OK IMHO cos since they changed it from 'Seeds & Oats' it isn't as nice (Used the MBG twice [ Diff addy]) plus the LBL loaf size went from 525g to 470g and the price went up! - Naughty Mr Kingsmill:p Have a good [STRIKE]Tesc[/STRIKE][STRIKE]Asd[/STRIKE]WHO? day - Err....I still wish Mozzies had a better website even though they are now on MyS!
:p :rotfl:;)

Morning all
Lovely and sunny in the SE and perfect washing weather.
We had a very nice bottle of Banrock with our meal last night. Rather nice Thai Red Prawn Curry the night before and rack of lamb for dinner today. It was rather good while it lasted, wasn't it?So your answer don’t be scared of failure

Morning all. Dreary day here, where's the flippin sun gone?
Sadly the finish starter kit on beforeishop is no longer smiling at us. Never mind - full anticipation for the next one. Hopefully another co-op fiver.
Loving the new sharwoods coupon. Tried it this morning and combines nicely with the 50p from the greatlittle ideas on first page. Will also give a small "just the difference" with Tesco as previously posted.
Stocking up on countrylife.
can confirm yesterday in Tesco bought
2 x Fairy fabric softener, using 2 x £1 mocs.
1 x Fairy gel, using 1 x £1 moc.
1 finish kit (was able to use a printable and a newspaper £5 - yippee!)
2 x countrylife butter using 2 x .30p mocs
2 innocent juices - 2 x £1 moc (non comparable with asda but thats ok, 2 for £3 in T, so only £1 to pay)
1 box whiskas simply range £3.85 Tesco/£3 Asda and used a 25% kitten meat coupon worth .96p.
Got a £13.17 voucher back this morning. Still good.
my Tesco mojo may have taken a knock back three places with the demise of dtd but Im ready to score a "6" again. Come on Tesco's, put em up, put em up! Make my day!
