Ladies, might I encourage you all to follow the above link and thank Essex and Mingle for their lovely comments, as I just did? Done and done!!!

I can't think of anything more likely to irritate the people who were commenting on what a nice bunch we are. :D

It's one thing if you don't want to be all thanky-feely, but I couldn't be bothered starting a thread to moan over it if I didn't.

Those who are being negative on the that thread (it's not all) should buy some more toiletries: if there were as busy as we are using them up, they wouldn't have so much time to be negative!:rotfl:

    :rotfl: That thread is funny!

I use it to know where i've read to, and because we're all part of a challenge and it's blummin hard at times so clicking a thanks button is just like acknowledging to the poster that what they've said has been read and well done for that UU or whatever, rather than us all saying well done to everyone on separate posts, IYKWIM?

But if you meet me over youknowwhere so we can work out our plan for June and what we're going to do about the thanks to make sure we all get at least 15-20 per post it would be appreciated ;) I'm off to log in on my AEs to thank you all again a few more times.. and thank myself of course! Because I have the time to do that, and obviously i'm super desperate for some virtual thanks! Same as I know all of you are from our secret thanks-pact meetings! :D:p

    A fine suggestion, Pickle.

    I went, I saw, I thanked.

    I hopefully irritated!

I also re-directed a little 60 ml bottle of Baylis and Harding Lemon, Basil and Mandarin glitter shower gel into my handwash bottle, so that's a UU, sort of.

That handwash bottle, 333 ml Carex Manuka Honey and Oatmilk has been on the go since December and has been topped up with seaweed shower gel, magnolia bath gel, rooibos bath soak and now this one. My son must wonder if we have the toiletries equivalent of the Magic Porridge Pot as the bottle always appears full.

WIB the Baylis and Harding gel A? Haven't a clue where it came from and I think Baylis and Harding are a bit of a rip-off, all their products seem pound-shoppy at non pound shop prices. It was a 'meh' gel, it wasn't glittery, thankfully, and it lathered, but perhaps due to extreme age, it wasn't well-scented. I like lemony, fresh scents but this didn't do it.

My Herbal Essences shampoo/conditioner free samples arrived finally, so a Non Bought In there.

Oh dear. Some people are too easily wound up. I assumed people liked keeping track of where they'd read to.
But of course I have an underground thanks in exchange for drugs deal going on too :)

mcculloch, I'll bet the thought that the bottle never emptied probably never occurred to him! Sounds like it smells interesting by now though! I need to start doing the same. Way too many bath foams and we never have baths.
  • I have duly thanked Essex and Mingle. Think some people have far too much time on their hands! With 46 pages already this month, if I didn't thank everyone I'd never remember where I'm up to!

I don't know if anyone else has seen this but it seems that our friendliness to each other seems to bother some folk :o

  • Will go over to that thread and thank EH and Mingle shortly. Nothing wrong with spreading the thanks love if people make a nice/useful post or they've achieved something (like using up stuff)!

Also I would like to apologise for not being around as much lately - I've recently started a new job and it is mad busy, and then I'm getting home from work late or am out after work so just haven't had the time to post. But I have been good and continued to use things up, and have two more OUTs to add to the list:

Body Shop Sweet Lemon Shower Gel - WBA as it smells beautiful, lathers up really nicely and is very moisturising. It's my Holy Grail shower gel, the only tiny quibble I have with it being that it's a touch on the expensive side for what it is (although you can save by stocking up). However I DO NOT NEED any more shower gel so it'll be a long time before I restock! Next up: No7 Luxurious Foaming Shower Oil.

Simple Clear Skin Oil Balancing Cleansing Wipes - WBA as they work well in terms of removing make-up and are quite often on offer. However I'm trying to work on using up my other skincare products rather than being lazy so won't restock with these for a little while.

I also had quite a big IN of sorts - new GHDs :o Although to be fair I did need them because my old pair have completely given up the ghost after three and a half years, and I find them really good and know I'll get the use out of them as I straighten my hair most days. I've also got a planned IN to stock up on suncream in Boots for my trip to Cornwall in a couple of weeks when they have the 10 points per £1 deal this week, but again that's necessary as I'm so pale and I burn really easily.

I couldn't believe that thread!! It had me rolling over laughing like crazy :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    I couldn't resist replying I have to admit ;)

I also love all your responses here ladies :)

Some people have crazy issues. I thought I had strange comments sometimes :pInapickle they should really stock up at MrB and BS, then they'd lose the negativity in all the bubbles :rotfl::rotfl: xoxo I'll be there ;) :rotfl::p

OT Just realised I forgot to add my two ins to my sig. I have a feeling there was an out, but can't remember. Also, yet another spluterrer Emporio Armani Elle/She EDP. I've had this for years, and maybe you'll recall or not, I did say it was smelling different, so been using it everyday to finish it. Hopefully tomorrow *sigh*

I need a UU!!!! Actually I need a few to counterbalance my INs this month :o

    Hi All!

Read that other thread and agree with everyone elses comments. You would think thanks = cash or something, what difference does it make.

A couple of outs today, had been using SD cherry and fig shampoo and conditioner and my hair was really dry and I don't really have problems with dry hair so I opened my Glad Hair day shampoo and conditioner this morning and hair feels soft again. Decided to return my cherry and fig stuff to SD under their happiness guarantee. Got my money back and 25% voucher on own brand products. Didn't have the receipt either but they were fine.
