I'm sure it will be fine in Tunisia Charlie!
Lemon Tree, sorry I missed your b'day. Hope you have a great year.
Agree with Trudi about Sam Twiston - Davies, he comes across as a really hardworking and grounded young guy. Every time he gets down to his main job of work he has an ambulance following him around as there is a distinct possibility he will be injured, or worse. Not many 18 year olds have that.
Yes, the same applies to those in the armed forces in that they have risky jobs, but Sam is incredibly talented at his sport.
A small UU - the Boots Botanics Natural Collection Body Lotion that was part of a gift set, WIBA? No, nothing special, a pleasant, thick cream rather than a lotion, but there are many pleasant, thick creams on the market that are cheaper.
On the lotions v butters debate I'm using butter on legs and lotions on the upper half at the moment. That seems to be working well. The butter is the Aldi Urea 10% one, takes a while to rub in but the massage is very beneficial.
Have got an inflammation relieving cream coming in the post as a freebie from Amazon Vine.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.0 -
Oh goodness Ive missed so much, been really busy with things and Ive not been on since this thread April!
Had a few Ins since then but most of which are essentials like toothpaste, mouthwash, razors etc did buy a new perfume though DNKY one, as I was almost out0 -
I forgot to say that yesterday I went into SD to get some Night Cream, they have the Johnson's on 2 for £3.99, beating Boots by a penny, but my Boots didn't have it anyway. The one I'm currently using is nearly done so thought I'd grab these while on offer, they are £4.07 each  so less than half price with the offer. I also grabbed a couple of Nivea roll ons for 99p each, I have deodorants on the go all over the place so usually grab some if I find a good offer.
....Anyway, the SA gave me the Beauty Card so now I've got even more reason to shop there:eek: As I was registering the card I saw that u get 10 points per £ spent online, thats rather good.0 -
Another UU - small body butter from Primark WBA as I got a pack for 2 for 50p - nice smelling and moisturising:TLife is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0 -
Gosh, I have a lot to catch up on, only been away 5 days.
Just wanted to report my INS:
2 Nails Inc (teal & orange, free with InStyle)
2 M&S glitter nail varnishes, turquoise & blue
And one UU:
Greek Olive Oil soap, already been replaced with another one as I have a lot to use.....
Off to read all this weeks posts now!Do nothing in haste; look well to each step; and from the beginning think what may be the end - Edward Whymper0 -
Oh my goodness, somebody stop me! Ive been looking on the boots website this morning and there are loads of new bits in the 'when its gone' section - including FCUK minis and lots of soap & glory too, I hope it goes out of stock before I cave in
This is ridiculous, why do I want to buy it? I have about 300000000000 (slight exaggeration) bottles of stuff at home and yet Im sitting here with more in my basket!
I deleted all the shower gels out because i reasoned with myself it will take me 300 years to use the ones I have but the lovely body lotions, body sprays and BB ah! I want them0 -
Q- does anyone have things they find difficult to use?? i dont think my problem is over excessivly buying things i can use its more latching on to all the peripheral products you never need but make you go ooooooo
mine will be tanners/ treatments as they are not an every day think like face masks especially when you have a few of them and foundations i have about 12 and some dont last on my skin so its going to be even more of an effort to use them.
what are your hard to use up items ?
Face masks, hair removal cream, and 8 hour cream which I have tons and tons of!
One UU to report. Aveda Damage Remedy conditioner WIBA? Yes, but its out of my price range at the momentboo!

I saw your post and am dithering myself tooThe Myface box of bling (which I already have foc as it was a gwp earlier in the year) so I DON'T need it. Good, closed the tab after writing that. Closed the tab with the Pixi case on it. Don't need that either, I was already v good this week with not buying any Pixi stuff from BrandAlley.
That was a close call... phew!!
While I'm here and have a little time,
UUs/OUTs
Rimmel 60 Seconds Silver Bullet - WIBA? Yes!! I really like this colour and the finish, it had just gotten beyond a saving state unfortunately so was binned
Nails Inc Cadogan Square - WIBA? No!! The colour of the (last?) season, camel, looked awful on me, pretty much blended my nails into my fingers  So gave it to my best friend (different skin tone - I don't want her to look awful!!)
Nails Inc Mayfair Mews - WIBA? Maybe. Given to the same friend as she's only just gotten into painting her nails (I'm not that bad an influence)
Bliss The Youth As We Know It Cleanser - WIBA? Don't think so. Wasn't that awed by it and was especially happy I hadn't bought it at full price (£22 ) and bought it for about £6 from Debenhams. It smelt lovely though.
Boots Trial Face Wash - WIBA? Maybe, if I knew what it was. Moved onto a Sanctuary Facial Wash.
Boots Trial Hair Conditioner - WIBA? Smelt nice. I'm not normally that bothered about conditioner, but always use it. Weird I know. Now onto a half used Pantene one
M&S Per Una Bubble Bath Liquid - WIBA? Yes. It smelt nice, cost £2 in the sale, but I don't think it's available anymore. It was nice to top-up my ballistics with to get bubbles. I suspect I have one bubble bar left in stash and that's it
M&S Tess Daly Daly Repair Skin Smoothing Night Cream - WIBA? Yes, but as above bought it for £2 in the sale, and I don't think this particular one is available any longer. I was very pleasantly suprised by this impulse buy, and I loved the lavendar-esque scent. I'm glad I bought another one so moved onto that, and also have a day cream in that range bought in sale also to move onto after finishing my EL moisturiser.
INs
Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Lip - given to me by above friend, not tried it yet though
Ruby & Millie I-Powder (?) - duo eyeshadow in pen format. 75% off so £3 each. Definitely not needed, can't be justified in anyway other than always wanted them but never enough to pay £7 (with voucher). One in White/Turquoise and one in Gold/Bronze (£6)
Andrea Fulerton Trio Layering Polish in Petrol in the Water - been lusting after this since stumbling across it ona blog. No excuses. You all know about my np addiction(£8.19)
Impulse Into Glamour Body Spray with Barry M Gloss - Again, no excuses can justify this(£3)
Today's nails (well, from yesterday, but same today):
Now just trying to stay away from today's Nails Inc offer, though I don't have any of those colours:eek::eek:

Now I know I haven't properly joined this for May, so i'm sorry, but this is really giving me motivation to stop buying (thank you everyone) (although I have bought a couple of bits that were good offers and three freebies from the postman!)and keep using up all my stash; and I will join next month properly!!
So so far this week I have 5 UUs (shampoo, conditioner, sample moisturiser, face scrub and body scrub (that went on forever!!)) and I have a few that are spluttering!! (one sample face moisturiser, one shower gel and one bubble bath ohh and one Benefit lipgloss that I aim to use up this week, only a tiny bit left):j
Must make a list of all my bits and pieces when I get a chance.0 -
Just popped in to say a quick "hi" to everyone and report a couple of UU:T
S & G i-foam shower cream - WIBA? possibly if it was a good price but I have others in stash to use first (didn't think it all that special if I honest)
BS Shea BB sample - WIBA - no! it's the smell that put me off - glad it was only a sample - back to the S & G Righteous butter now
Have a good evening & weekend everyone
