It's so lovely! Such cute little bottles and nicely packaged too. Could have understood it being a GWP but not a complete freebie!Sealed Pot Challenge Number 1225

OK then - one UU from this morning - that spluttering BS Moringa Shower Gel - WIBA? Yes - smelt lovely, and I do find the BS gels very good. Already have plenty of shower gel in the stash though.
OK then- the travel stash UU's:
Random "Hydro basics" shower gel - WIBA? no, although in fairness it was years old it was rubbish, didn't even lather well in water that soft!
Avon Planet Spa body butter - WIBA? Yes, very impressed with this one, it was a good thick gloopy butter which felt extremely moisturising. Would buy again but will wait for a) needing BB and b) an offer!
Clinique 7 Day Scrub - WIBA? Yes, but it's too pricey for me these days. Very effective though, I'd forgotten just how much so! This was the dregs of a very old tube, and I have another in the stash.
Clinique Moisture Sheer Tint - WIBA? - Another yes - this has been my HG tinted moisturiser but is now discontinued. Sadly the Supermoisture Makeup I bought to replace it isn't halfway as good.
Clinique Rionse off foaming facial wash - WIBA? Unbelievably ANOTHER yes! Not certain they still make it though, and again it will be a bit pricey for my pocket now. It's a lovely wash though, and just great for dry/combination skin.
Clinique Superdefense SPF25 cream - WIBA? This was a GWP ages and ages ago, and I always found it just slightly too greasy for me. When I opened it this time round it had clearly separated so I used it up on my legs. I wouldn't buy again, I can get a product just as good without the price tag.
MOP C System Shampoo - WIBA? I'd love too - it was great shampoo, left my hair feeling really soft and manageable, and smelling gorgeous. Probably quite expensive though.
Nivea My Silhouette Gel Cream - WIBA? (Single use sachet) This was odd - I was expecting it to be more cream than gel, and it was very much not! Better than the majority of lotions, I might be tempted by this if wanting a lighter body cream and it was on offer.
Nivea natural Beauty Daily Scrub (Sachet) - WIBA? Might, although it was effective I still prefer the S&G Greatest Scrub of all. If it was on a good offer though maybe.
Nivea Purifying Facial Wash Gel (Sachet)- WIBA? Very nice, not at all drying. Gently scrubby. Would happily buy again.
Nivea Young Scrub, Wash & Oil free moisturiser - (3 part sachets) WIBA? Scrub was really nothing special. Wash felt quite harsh - guess it was designed more for oily skin than my combination? Moisturiser surprised me after the other two though as it wasn't bad. Wouldn't Buy again though.
Nivea Light Daily Moisture Cream - (Sachet) WIBA? Pleasant enough but not that moisturising. Wouldn't bother buying it.
Nivea Oil Free Moisture Cream - (Sachet) WIBA? No - it was OK but nothing special.
Nivea Refreshing Facial Wash Gel - (Sachet) WIBA? I suspect this was the same as the purifying one but without the scrubby bits. Again, a nice wash, would buy if on offer.
Nivea Soft - (Single use sachets) WIBA? Yes, I probably would if the price was right. Nice to use, quite moisturising, and a little seemed to go a long way.
No.7 Various "Revitalising" cleanser, toner etc - (sachets - very old!) WIBA? Not on the evidence of these but in fairness that might be down to their age. Only used half of each sachet as left my face dry and flaky. Didn't risk the moisturisers on my face at all because of their age.
Pantene Time Renewal Conditioner - WIBA? This was better than I expected - perhaps it's Pantene Shampoo I really dislike? Probably WNBA though.
Premier Inn Shower Gel - WIBA? This mini was nicked several years back - I wouldn't bother next time, it smelt like public toilet soap!
ROC Protient Immediate Lift - (Sachet) WIBA? It was OK, but nothing special, and I bet it costs a bit, so no, I wouldn't!
Vaseline Intensive Care firming & Nourishing Body Lotion - (Sachet) WIBA? No, nothing special.
Boots Mint, Melon & Sugar Body Scrub - WIBA? I think this was from their Mediterranean range - it was nicer than I remembered actually but nothing that special, so no.
No.7 Advanced Hydration Day / Night cream - (Sachets) WIBA? I liked the night cream, was less impressed with the day one. Probably WNBA though. The sachets are great though as each one does about three days/nights!
I also used up a couple of mini toothpastes, and made good headway into some other bits some of which will die on our first camping trip of the year at the end of this month.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

I thought I would be clever this morning and wax my armpits as I am fed up of shaving them every other day in the warmer weather - if you heard screaming this morning it was me! OMG! Why did I think it would be a good idea?! The pain was unreal and I have had 3 kids! Never again!
Got an Avon order coming tomorrow but only a gel eyeliner. Went out and about at the weekend and didnt buy any toiletries and have ignored the BS 30% off! I am being very good!. There's love for you
. The first time was awful, the pain was excruciating. So bad in fact, that I only let him do half of one.
The next time it wasn't so bad and this last time on Tuesday, it wasn't bad at all. I shall get him to do it again on Friday night but I think that the trick is probably to get it done every 10 days. Not too much regrowth then and gives the skin a chance to heal.
Hopefully I will get through all of the wax I bought by the end of the summer but as I'm to scared to do it myself and won't let DH anywhere near my bikini line :eek::eek: (and the legs take too long), it may last considerably longer.
I didn't get a chance to do my toes in the end, I started sewing up DD's skirt again. Then we went on a bike ride. Then I came home and carried on sewing. Then I came to work. It's sooooo busy tongiht that I've only just come on break and I'm pooped!
Catch you all tomorrow if I have time between the sewing!Debt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.0 -

mcculloch29 wrote: »All the Aldi Lacura range is good - they have some new face creams out with SPF in that came out a week or two ago too. I will be dropping hints.
I like the Lacura serum that comes in a pump bottle - cost about £3.50 I think - and if they have it, the Syn-nake Wrinkle Stop. That's really good stuff, comes in a syringe-like tube with a silicone applicator tip.
The Urea range Valm referred to came out a few weeks ago - there may still be some left. My daughter got me the Urea body butter for Mother's Day - absolutely great, has a shea butter base and was 250 ml for £2.99, I think.
You've got to try the other Aldi stuff too - I love the continental cold meats, the luxury muesli and the high fruit low sugar preserves. Fraction of prices elsewhere.
Thanks for the info mcculloch. Will check out Aldi this week! Wonder if they have an eye cream for puffy eyes....0 -
morning all,sun is shining but feeling as blue as the sky as DH not talking to me(again:() same old arguments we never seem to resolve as he refuses to talk/go to relate and thinks I am crazy to want equal rights in this relationship!
Had a nice sunday with a trip to a garden?(that was no garden at 6 acres!!!talk about how the other half live....house was huge too but would live in a tent for such a garden!)Speaking of gardens ,my strawberry plants just arrived so more stuff to do,am supposedly painting the bathroomn cabinet, distressed finish as mirror a bit distressed anyway and we have been looking for a new one for years with no success so thought I 'd do the one we have up.
DS1 in California just put his new car pic on face book complete with personalized number plate(A BMW sports car OMG)
tried out my new Clinique moisture surge tinted foundation....looks good but seems expensive at £21 as needed quite a lot of it and only a small bottle, would only buy if gwp time0 -
