No Buying Toiletries in May Challenge

Have two UU's to report:-
Travel size of S&G Clean on Me - WBA although not just yet as I have a 500ml one to open next from the tote bag. Took the rest of this travel sized with me when I went swimming today. Am thinking of taking up swimming in my lunch hours so will have to dig out more travel sizes. We went to the Lake District today and after our swim (not in a Lake I'd add!) we had lunch and then went for a very long walk. Have had to have a bath when I got home as I ache so much. Weather was gorgeous there though.
Elizabeth Arden Visible Difference cream. WNBA. I've never known a product to change so much in its effectiveness. I bought this from the clearance shelf at Boots - reduced from £44.00 to £12.50. I was getting low on my Elemis PCMC at the time so thought at this price it could be a good alternative. At first it was wonderful as my skin was quite dry and this cream was so comforting. But then it began to make my skin really oily at around lunch time. Since I've been replenished of PCMC I've been using this as a night cream but again my skin has been dry but it doesn't appear to have been doing much this time and I've supplemented it with facial oil.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Evening all
Thought I would post my UU for May, it won't take long because there aren't many!!
But most importantly I have no Ins for May :j
It's the first time since I started in January that I have managed to not buy anything :A
I am going to put in a small Avon order this week so I won't manage it again in June.
2 UU this week.
Clinique facial water spritz thing - WNBA, got this as a GWP years ago and just didn't see the point of it
Clinique Body butter (in a tube) - WBA, but luckily have another 2 GWP size in the stash! I used this up as a handcream because I have a lot more lotions in the stash than handcreams and I'm trying to make my L'Occitane shea hand cream last as long as possible!
So, a gigantic total of 4 UU for May :rotfl:and they were all GWP sizes too! I should get a good UU total for June though, have shower gel, shampoo, body butter, day moisturiser, eye cream and a lip gloss all getting near the end.
See everyone next month! No more buying unnecessary toiletries 2018
35 UU / 13 unnecessary ins0 -

I've received the new brocure and am going to try the new hair colorant. Not classing this as an IN as I don't have a stash of them and it's going to save me having mine coloured at the hairdressers every 5 weeks instead of every 10 weeks. Have been using the root touch up kit (can't remember name of brand) but it no longer covers the grey effectively. eek!Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. Hi everyone
Some IN's, OUT's and UU's to report.
IN - OPI serena grand slam rally pretty pink and red shatter :j(off ebay). Have wanted this set for months so really pleased and having sold a fair few sets of toiletries recently it is essentially a no spend.:D
OUT - Burt's bees stuff x2. (don't like honey aromas)
UU - A'kin hand cream, L'occitane Body lotion, OPI gingerlily avojuice -WIBA? - I liked them all but the A'kin cream did not smell that nice to me - I like a sharp lavender smell not a sickly sweet one. Will do. Since I posted this morning I did some research on makeupalley.com and found an American woman who used C&P in 2005 and raved about it but is now using the Weleda one and raving about it. Have asked her if they are similar. Most of the reviews state it's best to use on dry skin which I think is how I used to use C&P.
Having used the old C&P - would be interested aswell to see how the Weleda one compares. I know it is a reputable brand though.
Need some advice please. Looking for a tan accelerating lotion and not sure what to go for have seen Gatineau, Ecotan and Maui babe products but has anyone got any recommendations? TIA:)0 -
well i shall pre-empt tomorrow morning and declare another UU - Dove deodrant, next in use will be a soft and gentle one. this will take me down to one in use, one in stock and a tiny travel one half used. My second category which is now 'under control'. I know i will stock up when the Dove one's are next on offer but i am considering having another go at the roll ons, i'm wondering if they last longer. May get a Mitchum one which everyone seems to really rate.
Before i checked my list i thought this was the month in which i'd used up the least amount of products since tagging along in November. But when i've checked i UU 10 things, which is one better than last month. Unfortunately i also bought 6 things in Asda's baby saleaha that explains why i thought i'd only UU 4 things, when what i was thinking about was having a net reduction of 4 things. I've challenged myself to have a net reduction of at least 50 things by my birthday next year, so just under a years time.
