Glow worm Hideaway 100-gravity problem

Hi have a ten year old Glow worm Hideaway 100,recently I have noticed that whilst the radiators heat up no problem the hot water does not. Turning the thermostat on the front of the boiler does not change the water temp but the ch carries on,any help would be well received.
Could it be an air lock or thermostatic valve on the cylinder in the roof?

Are you certain it is a gravity hot water system and not fully pumped?
Is there an air bleed on the cylinder..? If so,be very very careful about bleeding it !
Is there water in the header tank?
More info is needed.Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0 -
As above, but I would also check for a blockage where the cold feed tees into the gravity return off the cylinder.0

We have a hideaway too, had similar problem back in Jan, it was the soleniod valve that wasn't opening - they're very easy to replace, cost about £15.
Calling out a heating engineer will obviously put that price up.
it was this one we got, it was the little motor that opens the actual valve...
