  • Hi, I have had similar probs with my Samsung Fridgefreezer in the past, but here is a new one. Moved it to tile beneath it, now digital display is on, showing temp but not working, ie. no ice making, no way of adjusting temp etc. any ideas?

I contacted Samsung on 01932 454358 and spoke to a nice lady in Cairo.
I informed her that my Samsung FF RSH1NBRS (1/XUE) purchased in 2009 had the following faults:-
    1) intermittent noise fault
    2) intermittent cooling fault

Straight away the lady told me that the Fridge-Freezer warantee had been extended by another 3 years by samsung and that they would have a engineer contact me within 24 hours and arrange a repair date within 7 days.
I have found Samsung's customer services to be good so far.

  • [Bought my samsung RSH1NBRS fridge back in dec2008, samsung are now saying the extended warranty for these fridge have run out and they are no longer repairing them free of charge after they send out a service company agsrefrigeration who finally knew what they are doing came out to inspect the stupid machine which has broken down again this time how many different contractors these manufacturers use at least this time this company finally manage to find and fix the fault which was nothing to do with what the previous engineers had replaced the was a fault was something to do with the door mechanism stopping the freezer fan from operating properly fingers x so far so good but won't be buying one of these appliances again.
