haha oops, I don't think I finished installing it, I've done it now thank you. It's saying 51....I'm assuming thats 52% (the little number near the clock)

I can access the online banking now, perhaps it was a temporary blip. It does give me a warning that I need a firewall though (I got rid of Zone Alarm) it suggests Rapport....what do you think?

rapport isn't a firewall, and I wouldn't install it, it will slow things down

52% is good, means you are only using half your ram.

what's the speed like now?

Do you use the sage and barclays software?

windows firewall should be on in control panel, security center, if it isn't, switch it on

Yeah I've left it, thank you.

The speed is good thank you I think I still need a new one though haha.
I will be using the Barclays and sage software, but not at the moment, perhaps in a month or two. It's been bought, and we're paying for it so we should be using it, but haven't had much work in as of yet.
