How to cancel Sky Magazine

Has anyone got an email address I can contact to stop being sent the Sky magazine?

I have gone onto the Sky site which just sends you round in circles and I can't find anything. I don't want to create an account to send an email which is what they are trying to make me do. Instead of the magazine I will then be deluged with emails instead.

I think the magazine is a total waste of time and the leaflets that come with it are an absolute pain. It all goes into the recycling bin as soon as it comes through the door.

I know they are changing who publishes the magazine and the last letter from them says that I will now get the mag. quarterly and lucky me, I agree to this change if I allow them to take my June payment. I don't want the rubbish at all.

The letter of course fails to give an contact email address.

Thanks for any help.

They're going to send them out quarterly now I understand... plus you could choose the option to receive it electronically instead of paper... ahhh Sky doing their bit for the enviroment!! or the cynics will say cost savings.... for their dodgy vat trick!

You should be able to do this via log in to 'my sky' - then go to 'my tv' and there's an option to receive by post or email. No discount to your bill will happen however as the price on the magazine is already 'discounted' and you get 'free' it as part of your subscription.

Been wondering how to cancel this "magazine" for months. Absolute drivel in my opinion and a complete waste of resources. I've always known it was included in my package cost, and never wanted a reduction, but always wanted to know if I could have it stopped (without having to call and ask).

So, cheers for the above info :)

if in doubt, phone in and ask one of their staff to amend it to stop sending the magazine?

If you login to your online Sky account you can chose whether to have it posted or electronic. They sent an email out a while back about it.

Having tried unsuccessfully to stop the magazine, I found this

Changes to Sky magazines from August 2011

From August, Sky Magazine by post and Sky Magazine LIVE by email will be replaced by a quarterly customer magazine delivered to your home, while Sky Sports Magazine and Sky Movies Magazine will no longer be supplied.

The last monthly magazines will be:
    July for Sky Magazine
June/July for S ky Sports Magazine
    July/August for Sky Movies Magazine
July for Sky Magazine LIVE by email

    Page is here http://www.sky.com/helpcentre/sky-magazine/index.html

So it looks like everybody will get a quarterly magazine whether you want it or not
