Blackburry Curve Problem

Hi,

Hi i don't know much about this phone but i have a frend who has been having a problem over the past couple of week in that she chats a lot on bbm (blackberry messanger) and uses the internet a lot but over the last couple of weeks everytine she recives a phone call she will loose her internet conection hence not being to talk on bbm.
From her getting the phone about 6 months since this has never happend up to the last couple of weeks.

I was just wondering if anybody has had this problem before or knows of a solution to the problem ?
