Pipex Madness

I have had Pipex as my ISP for 3 or 4 years and have been happy with them. However I recently considered amalgimating my phone and internet package to save some money, as these packages seem to be cheap by comparison, Im also on a 1mb package where I have the ability to receive 8mb, Im sure I paid £260 for my internet back in march by paying for a full year in one hit with my credit card, and Im paying £18 from pipex homecall for my phone package. I am now wondering how I get out of this hole I dug myself I would like a refund on my current pipex internet package which would be about £90 is this possible as Im not getting much help with there customer support. I would then transfer or stay with pipex joining my phone and internet package together any advice would be good thanks
