Is Orange broadband reliable now?

I have recently been contacted by Orange to see if I will move to them. I am considering moving from O2 because of their price hike but in the past Orange have had a poor reputation for bad service.
Have they improved? What are your recent experiences either way>

I've been with orange broadband for several years now and i've always found the service very good.

I have to agree,I switched from o2 to Orange for the same reasons you are thinking about, DO NOT DO IT,me moving to Orange was the BIGGEST mistake I ever made,my connection is absolute rubbish,less than 80k,less than 1meg,my upload is so bad I can't use it.Customer service is via India,PLEASE, don't do it.

I did that 2 months ago and they have dropped my speed so much!
