I've just received the despatch email, confirming that my phone will be delivered to me on 5th December!

Hmm. That must be what is waiting for me at DHL's depot.

So how did the man on the phone "reinstate" the order, if it was never cancelled??!!

I checked via online banking and it show's up as a transaction for the amount of 2 phones so guess they've taken the cash. I'll phone them and see shortly.

Just on the phone to them now, they say that the Dispatch system crashed on Monday and was not availble again until Monday night. I have already cancelled my order and am phoning them to let them know that i am about to bring the weight of Royal Bank of Scotland fraud department down on them for taking the money without having the stock and telling me that it could be 28 days before i am recredited. The phone is still showing as out of stock and is due to be removed from their handset portfolio on exhustion of current stock ie stock will not be available from now on.

Just got as dispatch email for one of my orders (placed 2).

Strange thing is that it is for the one I received a cancellation email for yesterday. And the first order I placed I have heard nothing about at all after the initial email.

Yeah, I couldn't check my order on the site til I received a dispatched email. Now the site is fine and my order's coming today.

I wouldn't bother contacting them, they're next to hopeless, just sit tight.

You should be able to take it to a dodgy shop and get it unlocked for £5-10 ish. You could do it yourself, but you'd need a cable and some software.

The money in your account is probably pending, that is why it is not available to you... banks reserve the money until the company confirm that they are sending you your order.

If they cancel your order the money will become available in your account again.
