    ow another thing with o2, it doesnt take same account twise, it doesnt take same credit card twise, and on top of this it doesnt take the same adress twise....

    So if u got 2 cards, why dont u create a new account and get the phones to another adress or something...

    worth a try i remember this from back in days when o2 sim cards were worth something

    I think the website has died under the weight of all this traffic, I can't get it to load directly or through Quidco!

    samething happened to me, I emailed them, the reply is that the phone is out of stock, they will send the phone when they are available.

    quidco has tracked the transaction.
  • Just received my dispatch notice, and i had the out of stock email two days ago as well!! Fingers crossed the vouchers come too!

    I had an email this morning confirming my item had been cancelled
    10 mins later had an email confirming it had been dispatched??
    And my cc had been charged so hopefully its on its way!

    It's fairly clear that o2 need lessons in biology - they just don't seem to know their 'arris from their elbow. My transaction has charted familiar territoty - oos email then 2 days later it's in DHL's hands and on its way to me. Weird.

    I gave up online after using different credit cards. I phoned them this mornign and one is on its way to me.
  • Has anyone had the same sort of experience as me?

    I ordered 2 phones on Monday and it seemed to have went through ok and at the end of the payment process it gave me an order number and a delivery date of Tuesday 5th. I then checked my bank and my balance was £99.98 lower so obviously payment was taken.

    Since ordering though I havent received an email of any sort, nor can I check my order via the website and I rearranged my work to wait in yesterday however nothing arrived at all. Im now suspecting my orders havent went through although they have almost £100 of my money.

    I will be contacting them shortly but just wondered if anyone had a similar story to mine first.

    Was your balance lower or was your 'available to spend' lower? there is a difference. If it was your available to spend that was lower then that doesn't mean they've taken the money - just that they tested the card to check funds were available. I would just phone and verifythe situation if I were you.
