Only one of mine was planned but so what? I have three wonderful children. the oldest at uni and the youngest at nursey!. I think the original poster may have just been making a quip - perhaps not in the best taste but its not worth getting offended. I like this board and there are lots of lovely people on it. I think the written word, especially in this type of abbreviated style does tend to cause arguments. The tone of speech can so influence the meaning so of course we loose that on these boards. Anyway, I hope the op has lots of ideas for stocking fillers and has a lovely christmas with her much wanted family, thanks to everyone who contributed - I have applied for some myself.:beer:0

Free kipper books with any fairy non bio purchase, if you have to buy this anyway might be ok.0 -

You could get some meshcard for your eldest. I know they're for older kids but my 6 year old has a set and she gives one to a friend if she asks them over to tea or whatever. http://www.meshcards.com/stageOne/ Just put her name and home phone number on.I've been lucky, I'll be lucky again. ~ Bette Davis0

What is your problem? Aren’t some people quick to jump in? I noticed that shardell had only been a member for 4 days when she posted her request. I was answering in the positive by telling her that there were lots of freebies here that might be suitable and she should have a look and decide for herself what freebies she should apply for. As she was a new member asking and if there were no suitable freebies for her kids I would have said “No none here don’t bother looking.” I hope she finds what she is looking for and I wish her and her kids a very merry Christmas and an even happier New Year when it comes.GONE ENGLAND0 -

Not sure if these ones are free anymore. I think they are £2-50 now?

I dont want to be the bearer of bad news but i have heard that the bubble console is being discontinued. My brother in laws girlfriend bought one and it wouldnt work on 3 different dvd players so she contacted bubble and they told her to take it back and get a refund as they were being discontinued??
But if yours works it should be fine? might just not be able to buy games??
Hope i am wrong but may be worth checking.
Sorry!!!

Hi there,
I don't think you can rely on freebies because they might not come before christmas, or not come at all!
Just watch out with that- You might see something you think is really nice but it doesn't turn up, don't want you to get dissapointed...
I think the best idea is to look around for cheap stocking fillers in pound shops or ebay, these will be your best bet.. at least that way you will know if they're gonna turn up! (ok well maybe not with ebay in a small number of cases... but you know.)0 -
