  • it seems we are now living in a world where everyone is asset rich ie. house price inflasion and cash poor which is a very bad sign

    i will find out what i can do but i have been told that if i went to a casino changed it all to chips and then back again it could be made to look like a win

    seems like you have problems if you have cash or not

    Now that really does look like money laundering. I believe a lot of drug money was run through this process over the years and there are now very strict limits on how much cash you can take there too.

  • could i do this

    if i up the ammount of money that goes through my business i could pass say an extra 20,000 next year, can i just leave this money in the business and not take it as wages untill i need to

    secondly

    can you invest the money out of a business into a high interest account and then shift it backwards

    what i dont like ius im lossing like 4000 a year in interest

    provided there is no IHT due on the estate or you have documentation going back beyond 7 years from her death, otherwise what you are doing is tax evasion/fraud which you can go to prison for, regardless of what clever scheme you try.
