Hi! This is my first time on these forums, because I'm having a crisis!! And I'd appreciate any help! I use a web based email - and for a while now i've been unable to download attachments or attach files to emails. A box comes up saying that there isn't enough memory to allow it. I've emptied temp int files etc, but to no…

Dear albertross, murk11, scheming_gypsy, and Zahc,

Just wanted to thank you for your advice - I followed it and now my laptop is working perfectly again - it allows me to download again, and open attatchments again. The problem was a virus, and a mixture of avg, avast and adaware dealt with it. So thank you for yor help!
