Problems with Retaileyes

Wonder if Macman works for the company? I have done lots of assignments for them and they have clearly made mistakes and refused to pay me as a result of their mistakes.
I would avoid.

To be honest I've done quite a few jobs for retail eyes over the last 6 montha and although they have asked me the odd question I have always been paid, I would have no problem recommending them.

This company sucks.. they entered into a contract with my company for regular work which we fulfilled every week. They then poach my staff and cancel the contract, and get my staff to quote lower! Then they dont pay the final bill of over £2000... steer clear guys, they are not nice people!

I have inside knowledge of the questions they need to ask themselves when assessing your surveys! You can never win as the criteria is prohibitive of you ever getting a cheque in payment for the work you may have done!

I have just been banned from retail eyes due to proof reading issue...

the issues being they clearly only want to ask you sill questions for no reason, here is some examples of what I have been asked;

How did that make you feel ? ????
Please comment on why you would return, based on this visit ?
What did the server look like ? ???

The above 3 are bad enough but when you couple that with;

how did that make you feel... how can a score of 1 to 10 represent a feeling based on customer service
Please comment on why you would return, based on this visit - how can you when its a well known brand that you've used before
What did the server look like - erm well I told you average height, no glasses, brown hair, brown yes... what more do you want

They then had the check during my last job, for subway, which might I add having read here and other places, I think subway are paying them more than they should just to increase footfall and sales, especially when you consider the fee, that they clearly refuse to pay !!

does anyone know how long the payments take to clear? my funds shown as paid on the 25th but they still havent appeared in my account. I have checked my bank details and all is correct.

I found anything for 3 to 5 working days (quicker with NatWest than my previous bank). So today is day three I wouldn't worry.

I ditched them when they had a glitch and I couldn't access my account as I'd got throughly annoyed with the silliness of some of their proofreading queries and the fact the software the proofreaders use doesn't display photos properly and they ask for resends without cause (several times I simply renamed the photo and resubmitted it and it went through without issue)

To be fair they always paid me for closed stores but overall the proofreading nonsense made the jobs uneconomic- other companies do it better.
