  • Well, I was hopeful that today would be an NSD, but I got sucked onto the grabbit board and straight into the body shop glitch / offer. Oh well, I've got 8 really lovely presents for friends for xmas for much less than half price, so I'm happy :D Just have to think where I can get he rest of my NSD's from...........

Yes, I am chuffed the car is sorted as I need it for work, and it was something fairly minor so big sighs of relief there. I am lucky though that I have found a garage nearby where they do a good job and don't try to cheat you.

Argh! I had just written a nice reply and my s*dding internet cut out

Well firstly I can confirm NSD #4 was achieved today - I did pop into town at lunchtime to get some fresh air but I really wasn't interested in any of the shops. I guess it just goes to show exactly how much this challenge has changed my mindset as I am sure a year ago I would have absolutely 'needed' to get X, Y or Z. :A

It also doesn't help that after my hols I am borasic lint until pay day :( Do need to head over to the next town at the weekend to take some bit n bobs back so I might have a mooch in Primarni :o esp as its about all i can afford atm..then again the £ from things going back is to go on my card which I haven't paid off yet...so perhaps not.

Isn't it quiet on here atm? Coooeeee where are u all?

ps great news about the car Nargle :j

Not sure whether I claimed it but it was No. 3 yesterday. The phone appeared today in the car next to the seat belt holder which is weird as I checked the whole car yesterday.

    Maybe I've got a poltergeist!

Well done on clearing the 'junk' MM7, if the stuff is still usable, have you considered putting it on Freecycle? That way you're still clearing it out but its off to a new home and more use.

Sorry to hear about the migranes, I haven't personally suffered but I know how I feel when I have a bad head and that's nothing comapred to migranies which must be truly awful. Glad it's better now x

I have discovered that if i do most of my socialising with my pregnant friend & my friend on a DMP then we do staying in things which is great as it saves me a fortune!! :D
