ok - is this cheating? Yesterday I spend £2 on bus fares for dd (planned) to go to a free cinema screening and I also gave her 40p for chocolate not knowing we would get a massive chocolate goodie bag at end worth about £15!! Anyway, since money left my hands, I planned to get bread yesterday but shop was closed so I had to get today and I spent £2.19 in tesco. I would like to claim one of these days as a NSD but feel guilty cause I did spend.....what do you guys think?

    NSD NO. 4
Delighted with this one. Friday was an extremely frustrating day as I'd wanted and planned a NSD and it just didn't happen. Today I though I'd be spending money so it's great to discover I don't have to.

If all you bought was bread, then I'd say today is an NSD as you'd already put the money aside for that yesterday.

I'm doing the same with petrol this week - tomorrow is a spend day due to a D/Debit, so I'll be putting the money for fuel to one side as I won't be near a filling station until Wednesday evening (and I'm not making a special trip out tomorrow just for petrol, as that would cost me in fuel to get there and back just to preserve an NSD)

  • Now it is Week 2 hopefully I can get 3 put away this week? Got to book Foot appointment as toes look like witches claws instead of sexy if needy feet, get finances in such as way I take advice and am A OK Scotland wise, a friend of mine is on drugs and alcohol enough to make one shaky and wish one was there, not here, I need enough ££ saved to pay for Hotel fees, air or train. I just have to get his address first as he knows everything about me. I got to do flat, clean up. Because I live with such wonders as schizophrenia, alcoholism etc I get depressed and self care is a real struggle. I fear my feet make need more than one appointment to take off the witches claws and restore feet to sanity.
I need to get used to doing housework so I am constructive like my Mum so were friend to turn up, there is nothing to put him off (hopefully).
