I had a lovely day pottering about doing housework and then decided to walk down to the library which is about 30 minutes away. Had a browse through the books, got a couple of interesting ones and walked home.
Funny how that feels like shopping, isn't it?
Chris
I feel like that too!
NSD no 3 for me today!:j
Am not going out tonight so its safe to declare!!0 -
Nabbed NSD no 4 today, though it was a near thing!
Was going to get diesel last night at Mr M's with my 6p off per litre voucher, but forgot...so as the voucher was only valid up to today, thought I would have to get some today...but even with the voucher, the fuel was still 4p a litre more expensive than in the big town!! As I don't really need to get fuel until next week...I didn't!!! :j
I got a refund today too. DS2 had a filling yesterday when he had a checkup at the dentist...£47 in all!! Only when I got back did I realize that he still gets dental treatment for free!!! He's 18, and still in full-time education, so fantastic news!! In fact we don't start paying until he is 19...another 9 months to go then!!
Right, off to get tea on...got a scrummy free-range chicken from A£di yesterday, so looking forward to it. I did suggest that we leave it until tomorrow or Sunday, but no...so roast chicken with all the trimmings it is then...despite it being 23 degrees outside!!
Have a good weekend everyone. I'm hoping to catch another couple of NSDs....how about everyone else?

Today has been a spend day.It was meant to be a low spend day,but turned into a high spend day.On the plus side,I did get 20% off the total price of the high spend items and had the money to cover it in my account.
So,still on NSD no.2.
Onwards and upwards.Have a good weekend!
