Im currently with 3 with a £10 a month sim only contract very happy with it no issues at all in fact I would like the iphone which they are doing on a £25 a month contract. My question is would they let me upgrade to that or would I have to buy myself out and then get a new contract. I really do fancy that phone

You can upgrade with Three up to 110 days before the end of your contract but it's always unwise to do this as you won't get a good deal. It is best to wait until you are in the last 30 days of your contract when you are in a better position to negotiate / threaten to leave. If you really MUST have that £25 a month phone, however, the other course of action you could consider is to sell your current phone and put the money you get towards paying off your contract.If I've helped you please show your appreciation by using the "Thanks" button
