Check T-mobile refund you on your returns

I returned a PAYG special delivery 16th March.
T Mobile never processed the refund. I chased. They ignored. I chased again. They replied with nothing helpful. I emailed again. They asked for my mobile number - the box was never opened... I replied saying this. They asked for my details. I sent my order number + details for the third time. I get a reply telling me my mobile number and asking for my details and last 4 digits of credit card number. I reply back cutting and pasting the email I got from T mobile confirming the order with my details and the last 4 digits of my credit card number...
So make sure you keep an eye on your credit card statement if you return a phone.
And make sure you're prepared for the long haul in chasing your refund.
