Sorry to hear that.
1) Did you send cashback claims recorded / special delivery?
2) What network is your contract on? If it's 3 you can print off bills online exactly as they look when posted. If it's other networks you need to get in touch with the company to see if they accept online printouts.

Log onto your 3 account. If you don't have one, register here:
https://my3.three.co.uk/mysecurity/register.do
You might need to take your SIM out of your phone to get at the numbers on the back.
Once you log onto your account you can download PDFs of your statements and print them off. They are exactly the same as those sent to you.
At least you won't be waiting for replacement bills!

Seems CPW not the only incompetent company. Sent off bill 8 by recorded delivery should have received it late september. Rang them 2day seems it "may have been lost" or "sent to the wrong". cheque was apparently sent out - couldn't confirm when - so cancelled that cheque and will have to wait "up to 28 days to receive it". Had already sent e-mails - no response to them. Think they make it up as they go along.0

Send them both off again. It's the best way to be sure!
What do you mean that 3 send out their bills on blue paper? I have had over 5 contracts with 3 and all of them are printed out on white paper. Sometimes network operators use a piece of coloured paper to enclose the bill inside in, but the bill itself is still on white paper. Besides, there is nothing stopping you printing out the bill on blue paper right?

The only way you'd probably be able to do this would be if you had chosen Special Delivery AND taken the additional (optional) consequential loss cover at £1.25 for cover upto £1,0000 -
Which company is the cashback with? As you have sent the claims by recorded delivery, you should have sufficient proof to show that you have sent off your claims to the company in question. Usually with this proof, some companies may allow you resend them again or email them a copy of your RD slip as proof and maybe allow you to make a claim.
How do you mean you can't find out if one has been delivered? Does it not show on the RM site?0
