Plusnet & Override providers?

Hi can you use 'Override providers' if you take out line rental with 'Plusnet' ? & is basically their line rental still BT or is not true?

    Plusnet is not an LLU provider, your line remains on the BT network.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
