As for all the missing orders "online" - CDWOWs database was rolled back to sometime in November due to problems with it - some DVDs I've received were showing yesterday as their old status of "pre-release" or "pending despatch" - one was showing as despatched 1 Jan 1970. Their 13 servers are rarely in sync with each other - by servers I mean that number that follows the cdwow bit in the URL - I normally get 13 :- www13.cd-wow.com
but you can change the 13 to 1 to 13 to access their other servers if any of them are out of sync.

Chances are if you put an order in it will be despatched.

I didn't know anything about this, you are clever.

It's still showing one of mine as being despatched yesterday and the other is pending despatched, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

hehe i sent a complaint to cdwow and they claimed that they were having problems with the supplier
but when i check now its been despatched!
