I keep clicking on the orders and it just keeps refreshing the page! Nothing comes up!

All the orders with vouchers on have been pulled from the accounts.
If they said despached before disapearing lets hope the postman arrived quick!

Just check account.
It could be a temporary thing,like the system updating.
I'm not getting despached e mails coming through,so it looks like some will be coming.
Doh!I meant to say I'm NOW getting e mails.Slight difference there!

My free dvd isn't showing so I guess I'm unlucky:(, I ordered on Sunday morning.

I used the voucher to pre-order Garfield 2 for my little girl for Christmas. All of my other orders are showing in my account, but the Garfield one has disappeared. I guess we just have to wait and see if CD Wow are going to communicate what has happened to us. I am a Capital One customer, but how would I prove it to them?

Have just checked my bank account, and although Garfield is not released until next Monday, CD Wow have taken the money (minus voucher) from my account. I'm sure they have t&c's covering them in the event of vouchers being issued wrrongly, but as I am a Cap One customer, maybe I have a small hope of getting my DVD.

i placed one order for me which was a £5.99 dvd so 99p paid and i have had the dispatch email.

the one mr divadee ordered which was a 4.99 one so free has been wiped off eth system i think no record of it in his account.

oh well some you win and some you lose.

It does not look good - this morning my credit card had been debited with the dvd i had ordered and the update said despatched

Now the order has disappeared from my screen and if you put the order number in (in the section where it says search by order no) it comes up with not an authorised order ?

Will have to wait and see how long they take to put the money back onto my credit card.
