Don't worry about not getting an email. i ordered 4 cds last week and only got a despatch email for 1, but they all turned up with the postie y'day.

As previously mentioned they've been having problems with thier system for a couple of weeks.

From past experience when they cancel an order they do it within hours and you get an e mail from worldpay confirming refund

If they cancel an order it doesn't just disappear from your order history anyway -- it just turns red and says 'cancelled' next to it. The current problems with their order history system are affecting all orders made in the past month or so, including ones made long before this offer/screw-up was made known.

I used my capital one card to order and paid £2.99 (on sunday morning) do you think that will make a difference?
My order said Dispatched.

I wonder if the other 2 will arrive!
The one on it's way was ordered after the other 2!
The money has been taken from my b'card account for all 3!

This gives me some hope. My order using this voucher has disappeared, but I have not had an email or anything else on the account to say it has been cancelled. Will just have to wait and be patient.

No they haven't - my order has been despatched.

As for all the missing orders "online" - CDWOWs database was rolled back to sometime in November due to problems with it - some DVDs I've received were showing yesterday as their old status of "pre-release" or "pending despatch" - one was showing as despatched 1 Jan 1970. Their 13 servers are rarely in sync with each other - by servers I mean that number that follows the cdwow bit in the URL - I normally get 13 :- www13.cd-wow.com
but you can change the 13 to 1 to 13 to access their other servers if any of them are out of sync.

Chances are if you put an order in it will be despatched.
