I'll have to read back through the daily spend threads cos I've lost count!!! Oh dear, am very ashamed of myself :o
Will have a £15 target this week cos hoping to catch up with some work friends I've not seen for a while since being off but otherwise going to get on with writing Christmas cards & wrapping as an alternative to spending money!!
Married my wonderful husband February 2013!:happyhear
I want to wear my beautiful wedding dress everyday- it would make shopping so much more fun, I mean, people go shopping in their pyjamas these days.......

a no-spender for me today so week off to a good start
  • Hi Moozie and all

I have amazed myself this week by coming in within budget! :j

I started the week using a spending diary, but I let it slide midweek after I left it at home and forgot to fill it in for the day... Moozie, don't shout!

However, working on the fact that I had £25 in my purse last Sunday and 14p left on Friday night, I got through £24.86 this week.

Working on £25 again this week.

    Good luck all.

    Ooops!

Will have to "up" my weekly budget to £75 to Friday. I forgot to factor in my weekend away (starting Friday so I can't cheat and say it's a Saturday budget-free spend!).

Spend today - £4.57 on ingredients for lunchbox this week. No treats!
 What if the hokey cokey is what it's all about?

Do I have to include weekly shop for groceries?

    I'll presume yes so.....

Hello LA, nice to see you in here :D

We don't tend to include planned/budgeted spending in the challenge. It's mostly about 'spending money' rather than anything else. You do it which ever suits you though!

    Have a good week xx

Hey emylou, I went back to double check and £10 was right http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=314153&page=2

No need to feel ashamed hon. Onwards and upwards and now that you have the figure in your signature, it will be easy peasy :D

    Good luck!

Well definately a NS today, furthest I've been is to take the dog out, it's been darn awful weather so stopped me going to the Christmas market that was on this weekend.

Was way under due to skipping one night out.

This week, well trying to set a good example...one shift of work, one day of volunteering. So about £10 will do nicely
