PPI reclaim after Divorce

Hello taff, thank you for your reply, I really had no idea whatsoever how the process works, I sent in all the documentary paperwork to the FOS in June, when the Final Decision was reached by the FOS and notified merit was then at that point I noticed the. earlier period was not addressed by them..since that time I have been on to them.but at no stage of this complaint has anyone mention how the system of complaints work where one has 2 mortgage lenders as a result of a remortgage/divorce...its because of no information on what I should do coming forward from anyone is the reason I feel let down. had I known that the 2 lenders are separate there was plenty of time to file my complaint.
Where do you think I stand if I contacted the 1st Lender ? the FOS has addressed the 2nd only
thank you

Where do you think I stand if I contacted the 1st Lender ?
The Ombudsman is not culpable for your not having complained earlier and neither will the Ombudsman be able to accept a referral for any complaint to the earlier lender.
Please do not continue to repeat your question over and over. You won't get a different opinion by doing so.0 -
Understood , thank you for your input

Does anyone have an idea how one claims back the 20% tax stopped by Lenders on PPI payouts. I have seen a report by Martin Lewis advising people who have received PPI refunds to reclaim the tax.
How does one go about reclaiming ?
