vodafone accidently cancel my contract
Hi
Unsure where I stand, 2 weeks ago I got an ipad 2 on vodafone as a 2nd contract.
I sent it back in the 7 days and yesterday I rang them to complain the contract was still active.
Today my mobile phone has been cancelled by accident as well as the ipad2.
Am I now out of contract or can I still be billed?

Typical mess for Vodafone, but only they can tell you.
I'd say that it is likely that they will charge you the termination fee (huge amount) by the DD. If you cancel the DD this may result in a default record in your credit file(s) and the debt sold to debt collectors.0 -
Been on the phone to them for 30 minutes now, i think im going insane0

So that I can have access to your account and get this all straightened out, can you drop me an email here with WRT135 (FAO Heidi) in the subject. That way, it will reach me directly and we can fix this without you having to call in.
Many thanks,
