    hi everyone,

i agree with mobile junkie completely here. the web relations team may post on here but actually did nothing more than anyone else. I am told I am still liable for my phone being used in China & Hong Kong both places I have never been to, I would advise anyone looking to take out a contract with vodafone not to do so, myself & family will not be that stupid again. i feel so sorry for the workers instore because when i went into the shop the guy says he spends more time trying to sort out customer complaints than anything else (the store was full of irrate people)

Have decency to post the full story. You've never been to both places, but your active sim card seems to have been.

And no, I am not a fan of Vodafone and usually I am the first to blame them for their faults.
I think this time they have done their best by blocking the sim after just £175 was spent on it and by refunding you £30.

I believe you "cancelled" with an email; to be fair Vodafone ask for written notice rather than emails. As for the web relations team.... things have taken a turn for the better. However - it REALLY shouldn't be this way...!
