t-mobile voicemail success
I didn't realise when I signed up to t-mobile a month or so ago that the voicemail would be chargeable! It just seems absolutely ridiculous and thats with a capital F!
All other networks that I've been on its free - don't even think it comes out of your minutes!
I assumed it was already setup and it was a good few weeks before I realised that you have to activate voicemail to turn it on - so I was calling voicemail and getting charged when it hadn't even been activated!
So rang 150 to have a rant - they duly refunded all voicemail charges and then said from now on any calls to voicemail I would get charged! - so I had another rant - they then said they would give me a goodwill free voicemail booster for the lifetime of the contract! - result! :j
