  • The serious buyers will view within days of a house going on the market. EA's will be mailing them out to buyers on their books and people that actually want to buy are scanning Rightmove daily (or at least every other day) and will book a veiwing with a house that meets their criteria.

    If you don't have any viewings within a week you are overpriced.

    We had viewings after a week and an offer after four weeks. Just going through the haggling process now!
