    I've rang and complained, they offered me £20 in compensation. I do have to say tho, I feel they lied about the things they said because it was hammering down with rain when they came.

    this is the second time in 2 weeks this has happened, first time the guy who came was sat outside my house for an hour before he knocked the door, came in and checked my appliances before he started work, went outside, knocked the door again and said " sorry, i dont have any meters on the van, i used the last one on friday "

    if he knew he used the last one on the friday, why bother to turn up to my house?

    You'll need the extra £20 to pay the extra money it will cost you to go on a pay as you go meter.
    That added to the extra hassle of having to go to the shop to top up your meter.
