Problems sending emails via my dongle

I am at work using my laptop and i can receive emails but any i send stay in my Outbox until I go home and use my Wi Fi My OS is Windows 7 home premium and I use the Windows Live mail facility. I used to be able to do it but it's currently causing me issues. Any help would be appreciated

Hi FreddieM,

I am sorry to hear you are struggling to send emails using your dongle.

So that I can look into why this is happening for you, can you send me an email here with WRT135 (FAO Heidi) in the subject.

It may be that some of the settings need updating.
