which to go for - osps or e2save or cpw
what do you think? I can get the exact same deal from both osps and e2save, and presume i could get cpw to match it. 12 month contract, 9 months cashback and free handset.
I know cashback claims are a minefield and ive read the threads on these 3 companies which i think are all part of he same group?
Anyway, do you agree, seems cpw is the worst for cashback and other problems. After that, i phoned osps twice to ask about which bill to send for cashback and got 2 different answers, not very promising but I was talking to sales so maybe they dont really know but cashback team would?
So, out of e2save and osps Ive got an impression from here that e2save is better? Is there anyting obvious that Ive missed in cashback t&cs that would help me choose between them?
PS I am also waiting to hear if e2save will match a 12 months cashback from another site, I doubt they will as osps said no but its worth a try!

i was in the same position and chose e2save over osps even tho osps were offering the same deal for £30 cheaper, HOWEVER having done alot of research it seems in recent times osps have gone bad and are causing alot more ppl problems re cashback.
so far with e2save have had a good experience, my clearance phone came next day with all the relevant details and information, and looked brand new!
On different note, does anyone know how long before you get ur first o2 bill, my phone arrived on 24th nov and still havent had my first bill?0 -
if u r taking o2 don't go for any of the companies because the service provider will be cpw which when compared to 02 direct is much worse and there r so many hidden costs in the bill especially in the billing dates and the start of the free min are two different dates.0

thanks for info - am going for tmobile as i need the 07744 access numbers0

i think with o2 you can also make the free international calls, tho no one is telling me how this works!
Iv rang o2 direct a few times and while it takes a while to get through they are quite helpful and told me when id get my minutes etc. all it is is that their systems are 49hrs out of date so best way to track min is through call counters on ur phone.0 -
1) CarPhoneWarehouse.
2) E2Save
3) OneStopPhoneShop
CPW are the most reliable but out of the three do the least competitive deals. OneStopPhoneShop are the most picky regarding terms and conditions for meeting cashback contract claims.

Aren't cpw and e2save essentially the same company? My cashbacks from cpw arrive with e2save logos on them.Stompa0

CPW bought E2Save and OSPS to compete with online retailers such as Dialaphone and wipe them out of the market which they have done so.
However, whilst they are owned by CPW and can be influenced by them if customers complain to CPW, they have their own operating procedures.
They have merged much of their systems to reduce costs and improve information availability amongst the group, but at the same time they do run the businesses their own way.

I've had cash back phones from both e2save and carphone and personally have had great aftersales care from both companies and neva had a problem getting cash back . can recomend both .0

i have contracts from all 3 companies, e2save and cpw are by far the easiest, osps are too picky about vouchers and timing.. cpw have the best cashback window of 60 days.. go for cpwummm...0
