I have been with Talk Talk since 2008. I have always found the service to be good. The only negative for me is the foreign contact centre. However, the operator has always understood what I wanted and I always understand them too! lol. Interestingly I phoned today for my mac code as Martin recomended a package with Primus. They offered me a £6.00 per month credit for 12 months and no further tie in after that. There is no longer any point me transfering from TalkTalk so they keep me as a customer for a further year!

    One word...Useless!

We switched to them last September. They gave us a 'go-live' date and we didn't have connection until a month and a half after the date they gave us. We contacted them on several occassions to be met with people we couldn't understand and kept asking pointless questions which had nothing to do with our problem.

Eventually we did get connected but it is an extremely poor connection which constantly cuts itself off. Again, whenever we ring up we are fobbed off.
When we tried to leave and go back to BT, they wanted to charge us over £200 to get out of the contract despite the fact that they didn't uphold their side of the contract. Needless to say we couldn't afford that so we are stuck paying TalkTalk for useless connection and service until September when we can finally leave the contract.

I would stay away from them.
