Neighbours becoming a nightmare

if you lay a hand on a minor without a very good reason you could end up in a whole world of problems. Go for something diplomatic.0

I remember when you could wallop neighbours kids round the ear without fear of retribution or imprisonment. One or two people went too far and spoiled the fun for all of us.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

Does anyone know what rights a householder has when a 12 year old is vandalising their car on their drive?0

i wouldn't dream of touching the child. It's just tricky talking to my neighbour when half the time she's actively telling him to do it.Debts to date: A&L Loan: Paid Off!, :TMMU:Paid Off!, :T
Student Loan £10,000(+4,000 in interest)£14,000, :rotfl:

sounds like she is jealous and enviuse..
if you complain to her or anyone ..you will make the situation worse ..with that type of person.
the only way out is to get on her side ..
buy her kids Christmas presents ..easter eggs etc ..
you don't have to spend a lot fiver at Christmas ...£3 at easter ..£3 on birthdays ..
they will be your friends for ever ..and go out of their way not to upset you .
all the best.markj0 -
The age of criminal responsibility is 10 in Britain. That's the lowest in Europe. British louts are famously early learners.Does anyone know what rights a householder has when a 12 year old is vandalising their car on their drive?
The car-crazy lad could be doing bird in the big house for tiddlers.0 -

Could you involve the child in the gardening -perhaps watering or looking after "his own" plant such as a sunflower ? Or brushing the dog etc. He might not want to trash something he is involved in (bless him, sounds like his mum isn't doing the best of jobs with him).0
