My daughter went to our local Halfords for a wiper blade for the back of her Ford Ka. It wasn't listed in the book so she asked an "assistant" - he looked in the same book, and then said; "are you sure your car has a rear wiper ?"

Oh bought me a sat nav from Halfords.It was faulty but they consistantly refused to take it back saying i had to send it back to the manufacturers(illegal under the SOGA).I received the worst cs i have ever had from a retailer-as a result i now shop elsewhere.

I've still not had a refund, going to be in touch with TS again over this. I took advice from them and they were shocked at how Halfords acted and they refused to pay postage for me to send the wipers back. They said they'd pay if they found them to be faulty but as the manager had messed about with them and bent them back and forth in the shop even the lady and Consumer Direct said they wouldn't be able to rely on any examination of them now.
