Oh hope your interview goes well Rups! Got in this morning to find all of computers are down, so going to be a slow day! Hopefully will not fill it up with food. I had a really bad day yesterday, came home and gorged on what ever I could find! I mean there wasn't really anything unhealthy in the house, but my behaviour was disgusting! :( I was eating it like it was going out of style! I have to do better from now, going away on sat so will be having a few more s days than usual then.

Just think positive and you can do it, do you want to look good on your wedding day? If the answer is YES then you will be determined enough to lose the weight!

    Good Luck x

Thanks I think thats really good advice... I am going to take it to heart!!

I need to look feel better about myself and I know looking better will help with that!!.

I am going to get my positive head on and get started!:j

Thanks Jo. Be positive hon :-) It is OK to have a bad day or days. :0) We can't let that get to us. I suppose whenever we can get back to it, then it's good then rather than focusing on the guilt, we can leave that behind and start again. :-)

Hadley that is indeed good advice. From now onwards, I will have a picture of Nicole Scherzinger in myhead and whenever I am about to be very bad, i will picture myself having a body like hers. she has an amazing body. I know we are all different and we can not be like who we want to, but if that helps then why not use that right? :0). Thanks Donna. :0)

I agree with the positive thinking thing. Similarly I have managed to convince myself that I do not like chocolate during the week, just by thinking it and saying it out loud. If anyone offers me choc I say I do not like it! And no choc during the week for a month! Wahoo! I have never even managed to give it up for lent before!

But the thing is I don't crave it! Which is amazing! I am hoping it will become a more permanent thing than just a month, that should keep the weight off! I am actually booked in for an exercise class tonight- boxfit for the first time in like 6 weeks! Hopefully I will still be alive tomorrow!

wow boxfit sounds cool. what goes on it there? will you spar with people or is it like a body combat class? :0) wish i could do that!

our gym has been really bad recently as they state some classes on the timetable and they get cancelled, and recently they had zumba on but on friday at 6 and at that time, i would rather go home or to the pub. :-) but yesterday the classes' manager said they will have zumba on thursdays from next week and body attack will be covered too (and not being cancelled all the time). LA Fitness classes are rubbish here but so convenient so i cant quit :-( the only good class is body pump, as the teacher is always there on time, and she is sooooo upbeat. :0)

It's basically boxing and circuits, so keeps it mixed. You do punches, dodges and stuff, there is music but it is not dance. Both me and OH go so we always have a partner! It is really good but I end up exhausted!
