Well done slowly! Hate to say it but i hit the comfort food today, Toast x2 for breakfast, McDonalds chicken wrap for lunch and chinese chicken kung po with fried rice for dinner
oops. Just had a rubbish day at work and with OH. Wish i wasnt working tomorrow but i am its a busy day and ive left part of my uniform in the place i was at today, argh! Sorry, anyway, to top it off i missed the gym! Need to try get a hen night outfit and wedding shoes. Meant to start my invitations everyday this week, def need to do it this weekend!

Haven't made my target today. Technically it was a stay the same, but I lit .04 off my BMI. I need to loose another .06 to reach my target in 2 days... I don't see that happening over the weekend tbh!
But- I have now a BMI of 22 exactly! :j:T0 -

I lost the 1 lb I put on last week. Was a bit disappointed tbh. Would like to loose another 3 lb before the wedding but there are only 2 weeks to go and I have lots of nice things planned so not convinced it will happen. We shall see.0 -

Morning,
My weight has started moving down again :j. I realised that 80% of the food I was eating was carbs and carbs aren't that great for you. I decided to do a low carb diet to see if that will help and it does, my weight is going down quite quickly. I started it on Tuesday and have lost 3lbs since then. :j
Do need to be careful with it because if you eat between 40g and 100g of carbs then your body might start burning muscle instead of fat so I need to calculate properly and exercise.
Exercise is on hold though for a few days as I fainted yesterday (not food related) and might have mild concussion and I don't trust my balance on the treadmill.0 -
Oh no Olokia, I hope you're ok. Well, I weighed myself this morning and have lost 0.5lb. Just realised though that although I've been trying to keep to my 1200 cals I've not been eating enough fruit and veg so that's next week's mission.0
