Then I came home and checked my work email and there was a letter that has been sent to all parents about some staffing changes after Easter, and in the letter it says that my form will have a different form tutor 'for the foreseeable future'.

I am absolutely gutted as firstly, no one has bothered to tell me this! and secondly, I'M GOING BACK AFTER EASTER. I saw Occupational Health on Tuesday and they said it's all fine for me to go back. So why is someone else taking over my form?

I love my form, they used to be a real trouble class but I've worked so hard with them to turn them around and now we have a great relationship. Once again I am sitting here bawling my eyes out! it has been a sh*t year so far :(

Sorry, I know this is a diet thread not a 'general rant' thread! But I just needed to get it off my chest :( and it's diet related because I'll probably go straight for the comfort food...lol!

Oh no poor you Daisie! If I were you I would call them up and ask them what is going on. Try and be strong and stay away from the junk food. Find comfort in some fruit perhaps? Something nice and sweet like grapes?

I'm just worrying because they have recruited externally for a head of our department for next year, but no one is leaving, so they will be overstaffed by one whole person next year. And I feel very much like they don't want me to come back...

...they have been really strange not letting me back until I'd seen Occupational Health even when my neurologist said it was ok. And now this... :(

Oh dear poor you Daisie. I think I would try and get a meeting with the boss to get everythng cleared up. At least then you will know where you stand.

Em, I heard the fuel strike was over Easter so you might be OK, or can someone take the stuff up early if you know of someone who can store it there for you.

Daisie, ring you boss and have a chat with them over the phone if you can't see them in person before the holidays. Don't let this stew inside you as the stress will stop you getting better.

Fingers crossed it is over and done with in time for the wedding or happens after the honeymoon but who knows. Unfortunately we don't have anyone local to store with or that can take it up easily really. FIL2B lives on the south coast and is driving all the way up for the wedding so it's not like he can just drop it off. Plus my dress isn't ready yet! Arrhhh.

Trying to decide what to do for dinner...
